Online Series Network (OSN) is committed to protecting your privacy and any information you may disclose by accessing our website and/or forums.  We will never disclose your personal information without your written or verbal consent.

Use of your personal information
When registering at our forums, all prospective members are required to provide a valid e-mail address.  This e-mail address guarantees you receive all pressing communications regarding the network and/our forums , including, but not limited to, system downtime and security breaches. You will also receive regular installments of our community newsletter, which you are opt-in to at the time of approved membership to the forums. If you do not wish to receive these mailings, you may unsubscribe at any time via the "unsubscribe" link in the latest newsletter release. Alternatively, you may contact us for further assistance.

Please note that we will never ask you to provide personal identifiable information (i.e. SSN#, banking account info, etc...) via e-mail.  If you ever receive a correspondence of this nature, rest assure that it is spam and should be deleted immediately.

Use of cookies
In order to keep track of your active login via the site, our community forums uses cookies to temporary store your username and password.  A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your hard drive to keep track of your information.

Use of Chatroom
Our chat software is provided free of cost by EveryWhereChat. Our chatroom is publicly accessible via our site and forums, which means anyone visiting could possibly drop-in. If you wish to conduct a private chat, you are encouraged to consult with an admin about securing the room, or use another instant messaging solution (Skype, MSN, GoogleTalk, etc...).

Communications
When you send email or other communications to OSN, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services. We may use your email address to communicate with you about our services.

Important Note: Conversations that occur in the chatroom are not logged, and can only be recovered by those in the room at the time of the chat. If you wish to save a log of your chat, you are encouraged to do so periodically (CTRL+C and CTRL+V) while the session is still active.

Changes to our policy
If any changes should be made to our policy, the "last updated" date will be modified.
