AP Network is committed to protecting your privacy and any information you may disclose by accessing our website and/or forums. We will never disclose your personal information without your written or verbal consent.
Use of your personal information
When registering at our forums, all prospective members are required to provide a valid e-mail address. This e-mail address allows us to communicate with you in the event of an unforeseen server crash, as well as send out regular installments of the AP Community Newsletter, which you are automatically subscribed to as a registered member of our forums. Every newsletter we send includes an opt-out clause for subscribers, who may exercise that right at any time by following the instructions included at the bottom of each these mailings.
If you find that you are still receiving mass mailngs from us after successfully unsubscribing, please contact us via e-mail for further action.
Please also note that we will never ask you to provide personal identifiable info (i.e. SSN#, banking account info, etc...) via e-mail. If you ever receive a correspondence of this nature, rest assure that it is spam and should be deleted immediately.
Use of cookies on forums
In order to keep track of your session, the AP forums uses cookies to temporary store your user and password login. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your hard drive to keep track of your information.
If you feel uncomfortable having cookies stored on your hard drive, be advised that you have an option to allow/reject the storing of cookies. There are also several programs that can clean up stored cookies after you have completed your browsing session. Nevertheless, you should be aware that cookies in no way contribute to the transfer of viruses or other unwanted programs.
